Thanks for all your support we manged to raise £83.00 for the Anthony Nolan trust for people with leukaemia 
The route started around the track of rutland water we managed to some how fit in an extra ten miles!!! Once we managed to pick up the correct route again we found ourselves on a muddy cycle track passing a sign saying cyclist dismount. At about thirty Mph! THANKS ANTHONY!!! not recemended.Further round the track we found someone having a bad day who with a heavy foreign accent picked up his bike and threw it to the ground shouting F*****g bike.Very Funny!
